Chris Kresser is not entirely anti-dairy, anti-grain but what he does is suggest a full Paleo exclusion diet, then asks you to add certain food items back. He encourages us to listen to our bodies. Let me tell you, when you go off diary for 30 days and then re-introduce yogurt and your body doesn't like it? You know about it! So sticking to this way of eating is actually not that hard because you learn to tell what agrees with you and what doesn't. Highly recommended!
